Dr Renaud's skincare tackles skin malnutrition
The new Dr Renaud Acacia Honey range of skincare features Acacai Honey extract, rich in water, carbohydrates and fructose, created to combat skin malnutrition.
Brought to the UK from Paris by Skin Evolution, the brand's latest launch includes three professional salon products offered alongside the Dr Renaud Honey Acacia Facial Treatment, accompanied by a range of three homecare products. With research showing that 10% of the population suffer from skin malnutrition, together the treatment and products nourish, hydrate and restructure skin, and are a welcome addition to the existing Dr Renaud range of skincare.
The products' key ingredients – Acadia Honey Extract – has been selected for its ability to absorb and retain moisture. Organic Honey Oil Macerat provides the skin with the necessary lipids and nourishes malnutritioned skin, whilst regenerative fatty acids in Cocoa Butter help to maintain elasticity. Other ingredients such as Royal Jelly, Honey and Propolis Extract reconstruct the skin barrier, fortify and increase suppleness whilst protecting against environmental aggressors. All products in the range contain Neuro-Phyto-Oxygenating Complex, a patented system designed by Dr Renaud to target the cutaneous nervous system by fighting free radicals and regulating the skin's response.
The unique range includes the velvety Acacia Honey Intense Nutrition Cream, which provides immediate comfort to dry skin all day long; an Intense Nutrition Balm to intensely nourish skin throughout the night; and Intense Nutrition Mask with a rich, cocooning and ultra-nourishing action for use once or twice a week.
Skin Evolution launched the range with their first Dr Renaud Acacia Honey Facial training session for salon professionals recently at their training centre in Buckinghamshire, and are soon to publish their 2018 training schedule.
