Matis fights pollution skin damage

Formulations to protect against the damage that environmental pollution can inflict upon skin have become a key trend in 2018. Matis Paris have introduced Réponse Jeunesse Matiscity anti-pollution hydrating cream to fight the damage caused by pollution on younger skin.

A light cream gel formula, Matiscity hydrates skin and reduces premature skin ageing. It acts as a barrier on the skin, helping to limit the negative effects of atmospheric pollution which can be both visible and invisible.

This non-greasy moisturiser features exclusive anti-pollution technology, including MatiSystem PMO3, a physical and biological shield made from White Horehound. Aquaregul optimises the skin's water reserves and reinforces a barrier effect to limit skin dehydration, so that the superficial layers of the epidermis are hydrated and skin is plumped. Cranberry extract, which is rich in polyphenols, acts as an antioxidant.

The brand has also recently introduced Essential Micellar Water, an anti-pollution make-up remover, which captures and eliminates all traces of make-up, impurities and atmospheric pollutants in a single movement using micelles, which delicately trap impurities.
