Harpar Grace International appoints new CEO
Harpar Grace International (HGI) has announced a significant shift in its senior leadership team with the appointment of Erica Casey as the company's new Chief Executive Officer. The move marks a new phase of strategic growth for the aesthetics distributor and brand house, known for its portfolio of premium skincare and device brands in the UK and internationally.
Founder Alana Chalmers will transition into the newly created role of Executive Chair, Innovation & Impact, where she will lead the evolution of HGI's brand proposition, drive innovation initiatives and expand the company's work in cancer care support across the aesthetics sector. She will also continue to guide HGI's “profit with purpose” mission, which has become a defining part of the company's identity.
Incoming CEO Erica Casey brings more than two decades' leadership experience across private equity, healthcare, retail, consumer goods and e-commerce. Her previous role as CEO of Bodyset saw her scale the physiotherapy business from 21 to 43 clinics while delivering a digital transformation that cemented the company's position as a leading UK high street physio provider.
She also has a strong track record within the aesthetics industry, having previously overseen the successful sale and integration of 26 aesthetic clinics at DestinationSkin Group Ltd.
In her new role at HGI, Erica will lead the company's strategic, operational and commercial direction, focusing on organisational performance, service expansion and positioning the business for long term, sustainable growth.
HGI has also announced two key senior leadership changes as part of its wider evolution. Michal Bartunek has been promoted to Chief Operating Officer, recognising his contribution to driving operational performance and supporting the company's scale-up plans, whilst Tanith Facey has been appointed Head of Sales Operations, expanding the organisation's commercial capability at a pivotal stage in its development.
The leadership changes come as HGI continues to scale its solutions for aesthetic businesses across the UK and beyond. The company says the refreshed structure reflects its ambition to reshape how the aesthetics sector operates, combining operational scale with innovation, purpose-led initiatives and forward looking strategic growth.
