West Sussex salon takes inventive approach to solar energy
A West Sussex salon has introduced an innovative solution to tackle rising energy costs whilst reducing its carbon footprint. Q Hair and Beauty Group has installed solar panels in its windows, which even in the shorter days of autumn and winter, is taking one stylist off the grid totally one day per week.
Due to its location in the ancient market town of Midhurst, Q were not able to go down the traditional roof-mounted panels but hanging panels in the window offered an innovative solution.
