UK Spa Association appoint Board Member
Emma Pridding has been appointed as new Board Member for UK Spa Association (UKSA), the not-for-profit trade organisation representing the UK spa, salon and wellness sectors.
Emma is Spa and Leisure Revenue Manager of The Spa at Carden in Cheshire, and has over 20 years' experience in the hospitality industry. Emma will work as part of UKSA's Benchmarking team, encouraging members and non-members to work on the fundamentals of their business operation and gain an insight into key area of their business including treatment and retail revenue, and utilising treatment rooms and therapists.
She will also be responsible for setting the key performance indicators (KPIs) used in the benchmarking process which will help to evaluate the success of an organisation and measure this against the wider industry.
