Salon System introduces its Lash Squad 2019

Professional beauty brand, Salon System, has announced its Lash Squad for 2019, a team of experts ready to share knowledge, inspirations and techniques.

Let's meet them…

Salon System educator and lash and brow specialist, Ruth has been working for the professional beauty brand for over 20 years, and for 30 years as a make-up artist.

Ruth says: 

"My personal lash style of choice has three phases – a Lashlift and tint, followed by the Salon System's new Texture Individual Mink Style lash in short. The lash lift and tint accentuate my natural lash and the individual lashes add a little depth and further definition.

"For special occasions and holidays, I opt for Marvelash and my go to style is Russian volume using a mixture of curls to add texture, I love how soft and natural they feel too." 

Lisa has been a Salon System expert and freelance beauty educator for the past 14 years. As a qualified beauty therapist and teacher, Lisa delivers courses through Salon System's exclusive training provider Training Solutions, She also speaks at beauty events, launches and works on NPD, plus writes blogs and articles.

Lisa says:

“I really enjoy the time it takes to create a Marvelash look. I love watching how lashes transform from natural to then giving clients the WOW factor reaction – I never get tired of that!

"One of the other things I love to do is work on beauty and brand photoshoots, behind the scene prepping and preparing models. I love what I do and simply can't imagine doing anything else!” 

Sammm is a specialist in creating extravagantly bold and unique make-up, hairstyling, body paint and prosthetic designs, and names her style Hyper-beauty. She has 15 years industry experience across film, TV, Fashion, Music and Advertising, and has been credited across UK, Europe, USA, Asia and Africa.

Sammm says:

Lauren is a freelance make-up artist working in fashion, editorial and commercial beauty make-up, with her work featuring in Vogue, Elle, Marie Claire, Grazia and Harper's Bazaar.

"She has also worked with celebrities over the years including Dua Lipa, Taylor Hill and Leomie Anderson.

Lauren says:

“I would describe my lash style as fluffy yet defined. I like to see the texture of the lash hairs but use them in a way to define and sculpt the eye depending my choice of lash and placement.”
