Monitor staff performance with Phorest's new tool

Salon software specialist, Phorest, has introduced a new Staff Performance tool to its platform designed to help maximise team performance and bolster morale when businesses reopen.

Phorest's Staff Performance enables salon owners to keep their teams motivated with access to their key metrics such as revenue and transactions for services, product retail and client booking. 

Any team member can access their performance data via the PhorestGo mobile app, comparing their performance over time and encouraging them to improve their results and achieve goals. 

Commenting on the launch of Phorest's Staff Performance module, Phorest's CEO Ronan Perceval says:

“We've spoken to thousands of salons over the last 12 months and recognised both the struggles and the opportunities the new normal has brought. Phorest's Staff Performance tool is available at no extra cost to those already using the software and is included on every Phorest package level.
