Max Factor announce Wendy Rowe

Cosmetic experts Max Factor have announced international make-up artist Wendy Rowe as their Global Make-up Artist and Creative Director. 

Wendy has vast experience working internally with fashion and beauty publications including Vogue, Elle and InStyle. In her new role, she will focus on product innovation and global creative content, along with training and education.  Caroline Barnes will remain as Max Factor's UK Make-up Ambassador.

Commenting on her appointment via Twitter, Wendy says:
