Fancy a spring challenge in Dublin?
Feel like challenging yourself this Spring? If so, take a trip to Dublin for the annual Irish National Nail Tournament and Irish National Make-up Tournaments. Plus, there's also the brand new Irish National Body Paint Tournament with a Studio 54 theme, just launched.
Taking place across Sunday 8th and Monday 9th March at the RDS as part of the annual Irish Beauty Show, all three competitions are open to any professional nail technician or make-up artist, as well as students.
Irish National Body Paint Tournament
On Sunday 8th March, the brand new Irish National Body Paint Tournament takes place, covering Brush & Sponge, Freestyle, and Student Freestyle categories. The competition is being held in association with
Dublin Body Paint. If you would like to take part in the Body Paint competition but are short of a model,
contact the organisers who can help.
Irish National Nail Tournament
Also taking place on Sunday 8th March, the Irish National Nail Tournament returns, with a Rags to Riches theme for photographic and art competitions. Categories taking place for 2020 include:

- Salon Nail Challenge
- Freestyle Stiletto
- Top Tech Permanent Polish
- Student Gel Polish
- Top Tech Photographic Classic Nails
- Top Tech Photographic Nail Art
- Top Tech Boxed Nail Art Mixed Media
- Top Tech Boxed Nail Art - Hand Painted Techniques

Irish National Make-up Tournament
On Monday 9th March, the Irish National Make-up Tournament takes place, with categories as follows:
