Grantham salon takes on its 10th CACI machine!
Lorna Pattenden, founder of Enhance Beauty in Lincolnshire, has recently taken delivery of her 10th CACI system, making her salon the largest independent CACI stockist in the UK.
The new CACI Synergy system is located in Enhance Beauty's Grantham premises, taking the total to eight, while the salon group's second salon in Sleaford salon has two CACI machines.
Enhance Beauty has 18 members of staff trained in CACI, who deliver between 40 and 50 CACI treatments per day.
Lorna's relationship with CACI goes back to the early 1990s, becoming a therapist at CACI's first clinic in Health Street Hampstead. She was promoted less than a year later to CACI's Training Officer and then Sales Manager, before moving to New Zealand. There she trained one of the brand's first international distributors, before returning to the UK to take on the role of CACI's General Manager.
She opened Enhance Beauty in Grantham 18 years ago, with the Sleaford brand opening five years ago. Commenting on the popularity of
CACI treatments with her clients, Lorna Pattenden says:
“Our CACI Synergy Advanced non-surgical facial (1.5hours) is our most popular treatment – making up about 50 per cent of our treatments - followed by the one-hour CACI Synergy Signature treatment. Since lockdown our customers are also booking the ‘no-tox' in-between treatments, such as the CACI Jowl Lift and Eye Revive as well as their maintenance treatments.
She adds:
“Our long-term goal is to upgrade all our CACI systems to Synergy. We are known in the community as a CACI centre of excellence and CACI counts for a large percentage of our business. More customers are looking for a natural route and since lockdown ended, have been desperate to return to their results-driven CACI treatments.”
