Gerrard Int. introduce Grow by Hair Gain nutricosmetic

Beauty distributor Gerrard International has launched Grow by Hair Gain to the professional market, a natural hair growth supplement for retail in salons and spas.

Hair thinning and loss can be due to hormonal changes, such as pregnancy and menopause, as well as poor diet, illness or stress. 

“On healthy hair, 80 per cent of our hair should be in the growth phase,” explains Natural Trichologist Cheryl Mackie. “It's when more of our hair remains in the telogen (resting phase) that can lead to hair thinning or excess hair loss.”

Vegetarian, vegan and Halal-approved, Grow by Hair Gain is a new nutricosmetic which tackles thinning hair and hair loss from within. The supplement combines 10 ingredients: AnaGain (organic Pea Shoots), clinically proven to stimulate hair growth; Biotin, a lack of which can lead to hair loss; Zinc to support healthy hair, skin and nails; Bamboo extract, a rich source of natural silica to support collagen; vitamin E to reduce scalp irritation; vitamin C to produce collagen, Pantothenic acid and Niacin, B vitamins that are vital for healthy hair growth; and amino acid Proline, important for hair strength, durability and elasticity.

Nutritionist Simon White comments:
