Dermalogica upskill advanced skin therapists
Dermalogica is looking forward to welcoming the first cohort on their CIBTAC Level 4 Awards in Microneedling and Skin Peeling treatments at their training hub in Glasgow. The awards were launched in September 2023 at Dermalogica's Leatherhead and Derby locations.
The awards were introduced in response to the growing pressure to regulate the sector and the need to elevate skills in non-surgical aesthetic treatments.
Combining theoretical knowledge with hands-on training, the courses include digital content and educator-led online support sessions and guided practical workshops.
Michelle Myers, owner of The Beauty Centre in Middlesborough, an Elite Dermalogica Platinum Partner, recently completed the awards. She says:
“My knowledge and confidence have improved tenfold, and this has massively impacted my business. I now feel really comfortable and confident offering advanced services to my clients, and they are really impressed with my level of knowledge about the skin. Consequently, this has created a huge revenue increase to my business.”
Dermalogica's CIBTAC Level 4 Awards in Microneedling and Skin Peeling are expected to launch at their Dublin training hub in 2025.
