Crystal Clear founder awarded City & Guilds Fellowship
Sharon Hilditch MBE, co-founder of skin and body brand Crystal Clear International, has been presented with a Fellowship of the City & Guilds of London Institute (FCGI).
City & Guilds' highest honour, the Fellowship has been awarded in recognition of Sharon's outstanding contribution to the Beauty Industry.
Since Crystal Clear's inception in 1995, Liverpool-born Sharon Hilditch MBE has driven the brand to become renowned as an innovator of hi-tech beauty treatments as well as its premium skincare and beauty tool ranges. The brand's first treatment was a non-surgical skin resurfacing which bridged the gap between salon facials and medical procedures, Crystal Clear Microdermabrasion.
Sharon received with her Fellowship Diploma at a ceremony held recently at Barber-Surgeons' Hall in London, delayed from last year due to COVID-19 restrictions. She is now entitled to use the post-nominal letters FCGI.
Her achievements were previously recognised with an MBE in the Queen's Birthday Honours List 2008, and she was also the recipient of The Prince Philip Medal 2008, awarded to her by HRH, The Duke of Edinburgh.
Commenting on receiving the Fellowship, Sharon Hilditch MBE,
Crystal Clear's co-founder, says:
“It is truly an honour to receive such recognition from the City & Guilds Institute. To me, I'm just doing the job that I love. I am also very lucky to have a great team here at Crystal Clear HQ supporting me.”
