Online consultation finds 'Root Cause' of hair loss

A new Trichology service has been launched to enable hairdressers and barbers to refer clients to an expert if they are concerned about hair loss.

Root Cause Clinical aims to bridge the gap between a hair consultation and the need for science-based advice, providing an online portal for support and advice.

The service has been launched by qualified Trichologist Wil Fleeson and Management Consultant Victoria Russell.  After a consultation with one of the clinic's experts to discuss hair or scalp issues, clients receive a report within 48 hours with advice on treating their concerns. Your clients can then share this report with you as you work together on suitable treatments.

Consultations take place confidentially via a secure integrated client system using video software.
