Schwarzkopf say goodbye to yellowing blondes

With the trend of cool, ice blonde hair showing no sign of slowing down, Schwarzkopf Professional have introduced a new brand, Goodbye Yellow, to assist hairdressers and consumers achieve and maintain a true, clear blonde.

Many factors can dull blonde and give hair a brassy, yellow tone, including environmental causes, sun exposure, and swimming pool or sea water.

Goodbye Yellow has been introduced as Schwarzkopf Professional's first highly-pigmented, neutralising shampoo, free from SLS/SLES sulphates. It provides a gentle cleansing and anti-yellow action with an instant tonal deposit that neutralises and counteracts underlying warm tones.

The product is formulated using a pigment combination of purple and blue direct dyes to neutralise unwanted yellow undertones, whilst gently cleansing hair. The pH level 4.5 formulation quickly adheres to the hair for maximum neutralisation and cool blonde results.

In salon, hairdressers can use Goodbye Yellow for quick, professional toning services; applied at the backwash it is ideal for neutralising, pre-toning or colour corrections.
