Beauty entrepreneurs championed in 100 list

Leona NoronhaCongratulations to three beauty and hair entrepreneurs who have been named on the f:Entrepreneur iAlso100 2026 list.

The list highlights and celebrates 100 inspirational female entrepreneurs from across the UK with a specific focus on community and sustainability.

Leona Noronha (pictured left) is the founder and owner of Leona Noronha's Natural and Organic Hairdressing. She has over two decades' experience and started her organic salon nine years ago. She has embraced using fewer chemicals and less harsh toxins on clients' hair and scalp whilst on a mission to protect the environment.

Lyndsay DrewettLynsey Drewett is the founder of award-winning vegan and cruelty-free VE Cosmetics, launched in 2015.

Lynsey (pictured right) faced barriers to traditional employment due to living with AuDHD, OCD, Tourette's and hypermobility. Determined to create her own path, the former clinical scientist and professional model saw a gap in the market for a vegan beauty brand. (Image by Lou Sinner Photography)

Sophie OlivierAlso in the beauty sphere, Sophie Oliver (left) founded her award-winning vegan skincare and sun care brand Baie Botanique 11 years ago.

She used her 30 years' beauty industry experience to create plant-based formulas that promote sustainability.
