The GelBottle relaunches Club TGB loyalty programme
The GelBottle Inc. has relaunched its Club TGB loyalty programme for professional nail technicians.
Membership remains free and automatic, with nail techs enrolled into Tier 1 after placing their first order. Members then progress through three tiers according to their spending over a rolling 12-month period. Tier 1 members earn three points for every £1 spent, while Tier 2 is unlocked after spending £600 including VAT and offers four points per £1. Tier 3 is available after spending £1,200 including VAT, with members earning six points per £1.
The revised scheme introduces monthly gifts for Tier 2 and Tier 3 customers, free TGB Academy content and an annual lamp upgrade for Tier 3 members. All tiers can double the value of their points when redeeming them against new Academy Vouchers.
Members can also earn points for activities beyond purchasing, including signing up for the Academy newsletter and following additional social media channels. The improved referral scheme awards members 2,000 points for each successful referral, while the referred customer receives 20% off a first order worth more than £50 including VAT.
A biannual Club TGB print magazine will launch in February 2027 for Tier 2 and Tier 3 members, featuring trends, education, salon profiles and interviews. Existing UK members will retain their points, with tiers recalculated using spending from the previous 12 months following a transition period.
