Tess Daly endorses ultrasound facelift alternative
A new anti-ageing facial treatment has been launched by The London Cosmetic Clinic and officially sponsored by Strictly Come Dancing presenter Tess Daly.
The Ultherapy® non-invasive facial treatment uses ultrasound technology which stimulates collagen production on the face, neck and décolletage to leave skin naturally lifted, glowing and supple. The treatment is described as a facelift alternative.
FDA approved, Ultherapy® typically takes up to 90 minutes, heating up the lower layers of the skin and stimulating collagen production; the upper layers of the skin are left unaffected although there may be some swelling or redness post-treatment. Clients are said to see a difference in the appearance of their skin around three months after treatment, with results of one treatment lasting for over a year.
Commenting on the introduction of Ultherapy® at the
London Cosmetic Clinic, Medical Director Dr Salinda Johnson says:
“We're very excited to be introducing this new FDA approved therapy in the clinic. Ultherapy is the Gold Standard for non-surgical lifting and boasts impressive results after only a couple of months post-treatment. Unlike other anti-ageing treatments, the advantage of ultrasound technology allows us to perform precise and customise treatment while visualising the targeting layers under the skin.”
