Stars enjoy styling at Glasgow's TRNSMT Festival

Scottish salon group, Rainbow Room International, acted as stylists to performers including Becky Hill, Tom Oddell and Declan McKenna, at the TRNSMT Festival held in Glasgow earlier this month.

Throughout the three-day day music event, performing artists were invited to have their hair cut and styled at the pop-up backstage salon hosted by stylists from Rainbow Room International's Royal Exchange Square and Buchanan Street salons.

Styles included lots of Afro hair and shorter hair looks including tight fades and mohawks. Colour trends included bold pinks and pastels.

Commenting on working backstage at the TRNSMT Festival, David Nicholson, Director of Rainbow Room International's Royal Exchange Square salon, says: 

“To be back at TRNSMT this year was fantastic, the atmosphere and vibe were incredible. Our Rainbow Room International team had a great time and were excited to be back at the event since 2019. All of the artists seemed incredibly pleased to be back doing what they do best and we were delighted to provide some great hair looks and be back to some normalisation after a rough couple of years.”
