SpaFest Gives Back event to support those living with cancer


Spa industry event, Spa-Fest, is set to hold its first giving back event next month, which will support those going through treatment for cancer.

The inaugural SpaFest Gives Back event will take place on Tuesday 14th June at Carden Park spa hotel in Chester.

The event is a partnership between SpaFest and Carden Park, supported by the British Beauty Council, SATCC and UKSA. The event will offer 40 people going through treatment for cancer and 40 people who are supporting those people a nurturing, supportive wellness day at the spa, with therapies from Gharieni, Made for Life Organics and Murad.

Iain Bell, Founder of Executive Fitness Foundation will lead an empowerment and integrative empowerment session and guests can also choose workshops led by specialists Laura Broady of Aromatherapy for Life, Mark Smith of Kalm Horizons Meditation and Sarah Blumenau of Find your Voice. 

A 20-minute taster session of Touch Therapy will be provided by Carden Park and Made for Life Touch Therapy specialists, there will also be a deep meditative sleep area where people can experience 20-minute taster sessions of the new Circadian Rhythm Reset Ritual combining Gharieni's new concept bed and Made for Life Organics.

Guests are invited to upgrade their day with an Evening Twilight Spa session where Jamie Edwards, founder of Trained Brain and Strut Camp, will offer informal coaching sessions during the evening to empower and uplift.
