New kits protect skin from daily aggressors

Cosmeceutical skincare brand, Skinceuticals, has launched three new skincare kits to tackle ageing in differing skin types. The Double Defence Kits shield against premature signs of skin ageing from environmental aggressors, including daily UV and Ozone pollution damage.

Products within the Double Defence kits are formulated with a Patented Duke Standard topical Vitamin C serum in combination with a broad-spectrum SPF, and are paired with Skinceuticals product specific to different skin types. Together the combinations tackle fine lines, wrinkles, sagging, pigmentation and rough skin texture.

For oily and blemish-prone skin, the Double Defence Silymarin CF Kit (pictured) includes the brand's new Silymarin CF antioxidant serum and Advanced Brightening UV Defense SPF50+. Silymarin CF is formulated with 0.5% Silymarin to help reinforce natural protection from free radical damage and prevent oil oxidation which can lead to blemishes. Advanced Brightening UV Defense SPF50+ is a lightweight, broad spectrum SPF with ingredients that prevent discolouration and premature ageing.

The Double Defence C E Ferulic Kit has been created for normal, dry and mature skin, and includes C E Ferulic, a triple antioxidant to prevent free radical damage, improving the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles, loss of firmness and skin brightness. This is partnered with Ultra Facial Defense SPF 50+, a nourishing sunscreen that prevents UV induced skin damage. 

For normal, combination and skin that is prone to discolouration, Skinceuticals' Double Defence Phloretin CF Kit features Phloretin CF triple antioxidant formula to diminish to the look of dullness and skin discolouration, improving the appearance of visible signs of ageing. In this kit Phloretin CF is paired with Advanced Brightening UV Defense SPF50+, as in Skinceuticals' Double Defence Silymarin CF Kit.
