New professional hair distributor launches

A new hair distribution company, Salon Business Solutions, has launched with the aim of not only providing professionals with innovative, sustainable, vegan and cruelty-free products but also education and legal, HR, accounting and business support.

Brands exclusive to Salon Business Solutions include premium Swedish hair care line Nine Yards, and Italian hair care brand Everygreen. Additional brands available from the new supplier include R+Co, R+Co Bleu, Sunlights Balayage, V76 Men, Keratin Complex, Hur; Delilah Chloe, and Hair Collective. 

Salon Business Solutions has been founded by Sam Griffiths, Jo Jagger, Adam Riley and Nicholas Barnes, who have worked with salon owners and stylists to understand how a supplier can help to support small businesses, including a guarantee that they won't be undercut on retail products online.

To help with salon retailing, Salon Business Solutions will design and produce a bespoke online shop that can either bolt on to an existing website or act as a stand-alone platform. When a consumer purchases a product from a salon's online shop, this will feed directly into SBS' system where they will pick, pack, despatch and invoice the client without the salon having to do anything, with the salon paid a commission.

To celebrate the launch of Salon Business Solutions, salons and mobile hairdressers are invited to enter a competition with £10,000 worth of prizes of offer, including a place on the R+Co backstage team to work on London Fashion Week, along with a number of professional products and business support, travel opportunities, pamper packs and clothing.
