Phorest launches advanced medi‑aesthetic tools

Salon management platform Phorest has expanded its medi‑aesthetic capabilities with a major suite of new tools designed to support consultation‑led treatments, higher clinical standards and more consistent operational processes across UK aesthetic clinics.
Over several years, the company worked closely with early adopters to understand increasing expectations around documentation, consent, photography and compliance, resulting in a comprehensive new medi‑aesthetic toolkit.
New features now available include structured aesthetic documentation with dot‑phrasing, digital consent workflows, supervisor sign‑off with stored digital signatures, enhanced before‑and‑after photo tools, face‑mapping, consultation planning, lead‑management dashboards, BNPL options and customisable memberships and add‑ons.
These additions build on Phorest's established capabilities across booking, marketing and payments, now strengthened further by AI‑driven innovation. The platform reports more than 1.1 million consultation forms completed by customers across the UK and Ireland, demonstrating widespread adoption of its clinical documentation tools.
The launch is the result of long‑term collaboration with clinics at varying levels of specialisation, from multi‑location groups like Thérapie Clinic and Sisu, to doctor‑led practices including the Institute of Dermatologists and Dr Rasha London.
Luke Doolin, Country Manager of Phorest, says:
“We didn't decide to enter medi‑aesthetics, our customers brought us there. These updates reflect years of listening and building alongside clinics as their services evolved.”
