New hair serum designed for afro & curly hair loss
British hair care brand, Nylah's Naturals, has launched a new serum for natural afro and curly hair to increase growth and restore healthy strands whilst relieving dandruff.
Nylah's Naturals Flourish Hair Bolster Serum is formulated with natural ingredients specifically chosen to highlight the natural curls and kinks of Black hair, which can be more susceptible to damage and loss.
Hair loss may be caused by a number of factors including genetics, hormonal changes, trauma from chemical relaxing and heavy styling. These can shorten the anagen phase (where growth occurs) of the hair and increase the telogen and catagen phases (where hair growth stops). This new serum increases the length of the anagen phase during the hair growth cycle whilst simultaneously blocking DHT, a hormone responsible for hair shedding, to reduce excessive hair fallout.
Invitro and consumer trials show visible results after just six weeks of use, with a marked reduction in hair loss, itching, flaking and dandruff.
