Nailberry nail care in £10m takeover
British nail care company NBY London Limited has been acquired by Silverwood Brands plc for up to £10 million.
Trading internationally as Nailberry, the brand offers a range of premium nail products using their L'Oxygéné formula, free from toxins, vegan and halal.
Nailberry now joins Silverwood Brands plc's existing diverse portfolio of brands and businesses across the food, organic food, wellness, lifestyle and leisure sectors.
Nailberry founder Sonia Hully will continue to lead the brand as its executive director.

The acquisition was overseen by the Corporate legal team at Knights plc.
