NAOS donates profits of Bioderma hand sanitiser
NAOS, the French skincare brand and parent company of Bioderma, has developed Biphase Lipo Alcoolique, a hand care product that disinfects whilst nourishing the skin in one single step.
Bioderma Biphase Lipo Alcoolique works to eliminate 99.9% of viruses, such as Coronavirus, and also replenishes the skin's lipids.
Convinced of the importance of Bioderma Biphase Lipo Alcoolique in relation to preventing the spread of Coronavirus, NAOS has committed to donating 100% of profits made by the sales of the product to foundations, associations and NGOs working to prevent epidemics, for the duration of the COVID-19 pandemic.
The product has two phases: an alcoholic phase (90%) and a lipidic phase (10%). The alcoholic phase eliminates undesirable viruses and microbes, whilst the lipidic phase is formulated with Shea Oil and Squalane, both identified for their ability to replenish the natural epidermal lipid layer of the skin.
Bioderma's Biphase Lipo Alcoolique has been approved and registered as a biocide by the Department of Agriculture, Food and the Marine.
