Mavala trainer retires after 54 years' service
Jenny Wiles, International Trainer for Mavala UK, has announced her retirement after a career of 54 years.
Over more than half a century, Jenny has travelled the globe teaching thousands of students and representing the Swiss nail, makeup and skin care brand.
After training in France and working as a makeup artist for the BBC, Jenny joined the Mavala UK team in 1972, running their beauty training school and hosting promotional nail clinics. She swiftly become Mavala Switzerland's International Trainer based in the UK.
To honour her legacy and years' of dedication to the brand, the Mavala UK team held a celebratory Tea Party.

“Jenny has been a huge part of the team for 54 years and will be missed beyond belief. She has had an exceptional career at Mavala, and we are incredibly grateful for everything she contributed to the brand. While we are very sad to see her go, we are excited for her to enjoy a well-deserved retirement.”
Stating her go-to product as Mavala's Cuticle Remover and her favourite Mavala nail colour being the classic red No.3 Paris, Jenny notes that her favourite destination to teach has been Mauritius whilst her funniest career moment was enduring a 14-hour sleeper train in India.
