Kuala Lumpur Spa becomes CACI flagship
The Essa Spa at the Grand Hyatt Kuala Lumpur has become CACI's flagship location in Malaysia.
Ahead of its official launch, Mary Overton, CACI's Global Export Manager travelled to Kuala Lumpur to train the spa team in the CACI Synergy system and CACI Non-Surgical Face Lift treatment.
The luxurious Essa Spa has 11 treatment suites featuring in-room massage tables and whirlpools. The spa's treatments are based upon the healing practice of Ramuan, in line with Malaysian beliefs, which realigns the body with natural rhythms using body oils and elixirs made from local botanicals.
On choosing to work with CACI, Lanny Sugijono, Director of Wellness for Lifestyles International, the group behind the launch, says:
‘‘CACI gives an amazing result and is a great addition to Essa Spa by Grand Hyatt Kuala Lumpur. CACI is perfect for urban wellness like ours, as we can offer a wide array of aesthetic treatments on top of our pampering therapies, which enable us to offer a holistic menu to our guests.”
CACI's Mary Overton, pictured with the Essa Spa staff, adds:
“It was a pleasure to train the dedicated and enthusiastic spa team at the Essa Spa. I was impressed with their attention to detail, their excellent teamwork and professionalism throughout training.”
