KAM Hair & Body Spa launches Isolation Hub

In order to maintain contact with clients during the COVID-19 lockdown period, the team at KAM Hair and Body Spa in Lossiemouth have introduced a new Isolation Hub to their website. 

The hub provides clients with advice and tips from the team at the salon, enabling them to look after their hair, nails and skin at home until their next appointment. 

The Isolation Hub not only includes tips and advice but also includes a link through to the KAM Online Shop, where clients can purchase their hair and beauty products easily and have these delivered straight to their door, in addition to gift vouchers, offering the salon an income stream whilst closed.

The salon is also communicating with clients through e-newsletters sent each time the hub is updated with new articles and links to access them immediately.

Commenting on the introduction of their Isolation Hub, Karen Thomson, Owner of KAM Hair and Body Spa, says:
