Just Cuts opens Blackburn salon franchise
Hairdressing franchise, Just Cuts, has opened its Blackburn salon, the ninth in the growing UK salon network.
Just Cuts Blackburn is managed by the company's UK support office and run by a team of stylists, whilst a suitable franchise candidate is found. The company's Sunderland and Middlesbrough salons have both recently been taken on by Just Cuts Franchise Owners.
Clients were welcomed to the new Blackburn salon by a team of stylists, all wearing the necessary PPE for COVID-19 security.
Chelsea Arnell, Senior Stylist at Just Cuts Blackburn, says:
“We're very conscious of the fact that Blackburn has just come out the other side of a localised lockdown so are very much prioritising the health and wellbeing of our stylists and clients. To be able to do so effectively, we've implemented new policies, like only accepting card payments and fully sterilising stations between each use. We're also encouraging all of our clients to download and use our app to check in for a time slot, minimising the need to wait in the salon too. This process went down really well on launch day, with nearly all of our new customers downloading the app before coming in.”
Just Cuts Blackburn is the latest in a growing number of salons in the franchise network, as David Mathie, Just Cuts' UK General Manger, explains:
“We're currently working on renovating salon locations in Southampton, Milton Keynes and Northampton. So far, our growth strategy has seen us focus on Greater London and the north but the demand for the Just Cuts' salon experience is evident in these busy and highly populated areas. We're incredibly excited for this new phase of expansion and are looking forward to what the rest of 2020 has in store.”
