Jessica get their neon on with new polishes

Jessica have released three new neon shades to their Custom Colour family of nail polishes. 

The three new shades, perfect for adding brights to autumn looks, include Fluorescent Flamingo (pink), Blazing Blue and Vivid Violet. 

For the best finish, Jessica suggest applying a base coat, three thin coats of polish and finish with a topcoat.
