Mii & Jessica support Breast Cancer charity
Gerrard International are supporting Breast Cancer Awareness Month with a number of initiatives, including donating from sales of their Mii Cosmetics' Nourishing Lip Balm to the Future Dreams' #LetsNailBreastCancer campaign.
A donation of £2 from the sale of every Mii Nourishing Lip Sheen sold will be made, with £4,000 raised so far.
Future Dreams is a UK charity raising funds to support women through their breast cancer journey.
Susan Gerrard, Chairman of Gerrard International, explains:
"Future Dreams is a cause close to my heart. It's about dreaming for the future – hope for a healthier life so you can live it to the full.
“We've supported the charity since it was established in 2008 – having known the founder Danielle Leslie and her mother Sylvie Henry – who tragically both lost their battle against breast cancer within a year of each other.
“We continue to support their charity Future Dreams to help fulfil their dreams for a future free of breast cancer."
The company is also asking salons and spas to encourage their clients to donate via a Future Dreams Donation Box to #LetsNailBreastCancer when they attend treatments as well as to paint their nails pink for Breast Cancer Awareness month.
What's more, Gerrard International and the Jessica Nails team have collaborated on ITV's Lorraine show to promote the ‘Change and Check' campaign which helps with early detection. The team stopped in Manchester to offer pink manicures to the public in the name of #LetsNailBreastCancer, with a live link to Lorraine in the studio.
