Dermalogica reveal new bathing & body care

Dermalogica have announced the launch of a new Body Collection, influenced by centuries of traditional bathing rituals to restore balance and calm to the body and mind.

The collection is formulated using natural scents and active botanicals, which not only reduce stress levels but also leave skin smooth, hydrated and radiant.

The new collection includes Phyto Replenish Body Oil, a light body oil which calms the senses and moisturises the body. It features a blend of antioxidant oils including French Plum Seed, Avocado and Sunflower Seed. It is also infused with Fermented Red Ginseng which calms and nourishes, inspired by Korean skin care rituals. This body oil is also infused with Orange, Neroli and Bergamot with Patchouli and Sandalwood to relax. 

Dermalogica's second new body products is Thermafoliant Body Scrub, a dual-action exfoliant that not only smooths and brightens dull skin but also energises. Skin is physically exfoliated using Indian Bamboo Stem whilst Papain, from Papaya, and Lactic acid dissolve dead skin cells and promote the skin's natural cell renewal. In addition, natural Sea Salt revitalises and hydrates the skin. 

The skin barrier is protected with a formulation of bio-lipids including Liquorice, White Tea, Coffeeberry and Camomile extracts, whilst Tea Tree and Grapefruit Peel oils refresh and purify skin. 

New Conditioning Body Wash invigorates the skin and, inspired by the essential oils diffused in Turkish Hammans, is formulated with Chinese Eucalyptus, Tea Tree, Lemon and French Rosemary aromatic oils. In addition, Pro-Vitamin B5 along with Clary Sage, Sandalwood and Lavender smooth and condition the skin.

The collection is completed with Body Hydrating Cream, a medium weight moisturiser which smooths and tones skin whilst hydrating. Essential oils of Orange and Chinese Green Tea soothe and soften the skin, whilst Indonesian Patchouli and French Lavender oils calm the senses. Skin is smoothed and dry skin is relieved by naturally-derived Lactic acid and hydroxy acid extracts from Apple and Cane Sugar.
