Education expert to support academies with new consultancy
After nearly 25 years working across every level of the beauty industry, Deborah Ryan has launched Carella Beauty Consultancy to support fellow professionals in establishing their own training academies.
As well as working as a therapist, Deborah's experience expands to college owner, educator, course manager and accreditation lead for Carella Beauty Training.
Through her new consultancy, Deborah will focus on raising standards, protecting educators and strengthening the future of professional beauty education.
New and established training academies can gain support with professionally written course manuals and learner handbooks, tutor manuals and assessment guides, exam papers and marking schemes. In addition, she can support with completion of accreditation documentation for ABT, AIT and ITEC, whilst also guiding on course set up, structure and quality assurance.
Commenting, Deborah Ryan (pictured) told us:
“Having made the decision to close Carella Beauty Training in its traditional format, I recognised a clear gap in the industry: training academies are struggling to source clear, compliant, high-quality educational documentation that truly reflects modern standards, regulations and real-world teaching needs.
“This is not generic content. Everything is built from lived experience of running an accredited college, managing audits, supporting educators and ensuring learners are properly prepared for both exams and employment.”
