CEW announce Beauty Awards 2019 winners

Winners of this year's CEW Beauty Awards have been announced, revealing some of the best new beauty and hair products, both high street and prestige.

CEW, a not-for-profit UK organisation, collates the year's best new product launches in the mass market, prestige and mass market + prestige categories which are voted on by more than 1,000 CEW members. 

The Responsible Beauty Award was presented to The Handmade Soap Company, whilst Charlotte Tilbury was named Best British Brand.
