Bio-Penta five tech skin system set to launch

Beauty and skincare technology experts Bio-Therapeutic Inc. are set to launch the Bio-Penta for intensive skin cleansing, exfoliation, anti-ageing, and anti-blemish treatments.

The Bio-Penta features five technologies in one unit: microsonic cleansing, microdermabrasion, coloured light, microcurrent and ultrasound. Each technology can be used as a standalone treatment, a selection can be used together for a truly bespoke facial, or all five treatments combined in the Bio-Therapeutic Ultimate Layered Facial.

Microsonic cleansing is achieved using a blue azul silver ion-infused patent-pending silicone cleansing brush. Silver ion technology means that the cleaning brush is antimicrobial and antibacterial at all times. The system's wet/dry microdermabrasion function offers exfoliation, skin smoothing and skin tightening. 

This is followed by three colour LED application; red light (640nm) and blue light (470nm) can be used alone or in combination for skin rejuvenation to treat ageing skin and blemishes. Microcurrent and ultrasound are then used to ensure efficient product application.

The system is compact in design and features an intuitive interface touchscreen so it's easy to operate.

Kelly Lynch, Sales Manager for Bio-Therapeutic EU, visited the company's HQ in Seattle, USA for the UK launch of the Bio-Penta system. During her week-long visit, Kelly completed her Specialist Education Certification.

Commenting on the launch, David Suzuki, President and Vice President of Bio-Therapeutic, says:

Bio-Therapeutic's Bio-Penta will be available for salons and spas from August 2018. Bio-Therapeutic training is ABT-accredited.
