iiaa appoints Head of Customer Excellence
The International Institute for Anti-Ageing (iiaa) – distributor of Environ skin care, jane iredale mineral makeup and the Advanced Nutrition Programme – has appointed Gareth Durbridge to the role of Head of Customer Excellence.
Durbridge's appointment will further support the acceleration of the iiaa's three-year growth strategy, and he joins the company after many years as Customer Loyalty Manager at Harrods.
Gareth is said to be an accomplished leader in Customer Excellence, with a proven track record in delivering world-class, customer-centric services.
He will be responsible for ensuring that the iiaa's current culture of excellence and customer care is accelerated as well as championing the customer ethos throughout every aspect of the business.
