New mobile treatment booking app launches

A new appointment booking app for mobile therapists, hairdressers and nail techs has launched. Vivify is an online platform that allows clients to search, book and pay for treatments at the click of a button, partnering with specialists who offer mobile services to their clients.

Co-founders Kirstie Looms and Mick Tilley secured a £700k in investment for the business ahead of the vivify launch.

Commenting on its launch, Kirstie Looms, vivify CMO and Co-Founder, says:

“When you currently search online for mobile hair or nails, or any other beauty and wellness treatment all you get is a confusing mass of individual Facebook pages and yell business listings. It can be an unnecessarily difficulty process for anyone looking to find someone locally and easily book online, and unless a freelance beauty and wellness practitioner wants to invest thousands in advertising, it can be extremely difficult, if not impossible, to be ‘seen'.

“The vivify platform is the first of its kind – allowing people to search, book and pay for treatments at a click of a button.”

vivify CEO and Co-Founder, Mick Tilley, adds:

“At vivify we focus on two things: bringing new customers to our vivify pros, and making sure they come back. We take care of the advertising, promotion, and payments, so our vivify pros can focus on the things they do best, rather than worrying about the admin.

“We are currently in Phase 1 of launch, recruiting beauty and wellness practitioners all over the UK, before launching to the consumer market later this summer. If you are a beauty specialist who is already (or considering) offering a mobile service to you clients, visit our partner centre for more information about how you can vivify your business.”
