Salon owners invited to support group with The Lonely Boss Lady
Beauty business mentor Tina Hollis is hosting a free Salon Owners Support Group Meeting tonight (26th June).
Tina runs The Lonely Boss Lady coaching service for hair and beauty businesses, utilising her many years of experience as a salon owner. Through mentoring she shares her experience on how making changes to her business reduced her monthly outgoings of £27,000 for rent, business rates, utilities and employer commitments to under £4,000 per month.
Tina says:
"I built my business up over 14 years in Kent and on paper I had a very successful salon, but even though I was in profit, because of the high rent and business rates my costs were huge! When I had a baby, I wanted a change in lifestyle and every penny counted, I didn't want that pressure all the time.”
Changes Tina made included moving her salon location and size of premises along with changing her staff from employed to self-employed.
