Dawn, who founded Finishing Touches Group in 1996, beat off stiff competition from 12 other nominees from across the beauty sector to win Beauty Industry Professional of The Year. She comments:

“I feel very honoured to receive this truly prestigious Diamond Award for Beauty Industry Professional of the Year. I want to say a very well done to all my team at Finishing Touches for also receiving ‘Highly Commended' for Best Professional Beauty Training. In the past two months, it's been win, win, win for us! We've been lucky enough to sweep the board on the awards for Meeting of Minds, at Micropigmentation UK and now these from Safety In Beauty. We are thrilled! Watch out for us on the world stage, as FTG are ‘going global' with our new partners.”
