Personalisation improves Elemis' online experience


British spa and skincare brand Elemis has renewed its partnership with Qubit to continue to improve their customers' online experience.

The brand have made personalisation a top priority for their future growth, and have worked with technology firm Qubit since 2016 to bring a data-driven customer experiences to visitors to website visitors. 

Using Qubit technology has enabled Elemis to explore how key visitor segments of their website are behaving, and identify how visitors move across segments based on their purchases and interactions. This includes highlighting and displaying comments from five star consumer reviews under product images, driving a 7.02% increase in revenue per visitor (RPV). In addition, a functionality nudge has been implemented, which suggests products to website visitors to ensure they can find the right product for them.
